Chang O Son Coaching, LLC, doing business as Chang O Son Coaching (the "Company"), own sand operates https://www.changoson.com/ (“Website”). The Company takes seriously the privacy of each individual who uses the Website or other services provided by the Company(“you”).

If you believe that the Company might have collected or received personal information from a child without permission from that child’s parents, contact us in accordance with section 17 titled “Communicating with Us”.

7. Where is Your Personal Information Stored?
The Company operates the Website and provides its services primarily from the United States, in the state of North Carolina. The Company might, on one or more occasions, use service providers located in other countries.
The Company also uses and stores your personal information on one or more cloud-based services, including Google Drive. These services might store your data on one or more servers located outside the United States of America.
8. How do we share your information?
The Company does not sell your personal information to anyone.
8.1 Service Providers
The Company may share your personal information with trusted service providers who work for the Company. The service providers are provided with your personal information to help the Company with one or more of the following:
- providing you a good or service you have requested, including access to the Website;
- communicating with you regarding any of your orders, requests, or inquiries, or the goods or services the Company is providing you; and

The Company has an affiliate and referral program to financially incentivize and reward individuals and businesses who refer the Company’s goods and services to potential customers. The Company might, on one or more occasions, use “Google Analytics” to collect some information the Company listed above about your use of the Website and other Covered Services. The Company might use the information it gets from Google Analytics to improve the Website and other Covered Services. To collect this information, Google Analytics might place cookies on your device or read cookies that are already there. Google Analytics might also receive information about you from apps you have downloaded that partner with Google. The Company does not intended to combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with other personally identifiable information the Company has collected about you.
Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google’s Privacy Policy limit Google’s ability to use and share with one or more apps that partners with Google the information about your visits collected by Google Analytics. The Company uses your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications the Company believe may be of interest to you. The Company may amend, replace, or make other changes to this privacy policy on one or more occasions. Any such changes will become effective immediately when the Company posts on the Website the changed privacy policy. The changes will apply to your use of the Website that occurs after the changes take effect.

The Company interacts with customers on multiple social media platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatApp, and YouTube. The Company provides you with choices with respect to your privacy and personal information.
16.1 Opting out of Automatic Tracking and Advertising
